My Perfect Image has designed a series of 3 to 5 specialized hypnosis sessions that enable you to lose those unwanted kilos, stop unwanted cravings, find enjoyment in exercise and improve your health and wellbeing – for life!

Our unique approach will help you transform both mind and body. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than eat right. You need to make significant changes to the way you think and feel about yourself, food, eating and exercise. Hypnosis helps you do this quickly and easily.  We incorporate TRTP, a new elegant and comprehensive hypnosis therapy, during which any past emotional events are un-linked from current emotional, comfort or stress eating patterns.  Although, when you are over weight you ‘think’ overeating, emotional eating, stress eating is the problem, in reality they are just ‘symptoms’ of the actual cause!  You are over-eating because somewhere, somehow in the past your ‘unconscious mind’ has decided that it is not safe for you to be thin, trim and sexy!   Our Weight Loss Program is about finding the ’cause’!  WHY?  Why are you over-eating? WHY do you sabotage yourself when you try to go on a diet?  WHY, when you know what is and what isnt healthy food, do you eat junk food ……. especially when you are on a diet?   What’s with that?  The answer, is locked into the ‘unconscious core beliefs’ that you have built your own ‘identity’ on.  TRTP clears these limiting beliefs.  The result affects, not just your emotional eating, but every area of your life where ‘confidence, self-esteem or worthiness’ have been a problem!

Correct Nutrition

We all know what we should eat and what we should avoid.  Our bodies tell us when we have over-eaten.  BUT, even when we know….we don’t stop .. DO WE?

Our Program will support you with your eating, we use hypnosis to change your eating habits but we are not too obsessive about what eating program you decide to follow.

Eating right doesn’t have to be difficult. In fact, it shouldn’t be.   We use a specialized program that is easy to follow and will change the way you think about food forever. My Perfect Image program consists of a balance of education, hypnosis, guidance, and emotional support. Together, we replace bad habits with good ones.

Focused Exercise

Exercise will always speed up Fat Loss and Weight Loss.  Any “genuine” DIET and WEIGHT LOSS program will suggest this and recommend some type of exercise regime for you to follow to get results.

So there is no point in us dictating to you when, how and what exercise you should do.  If you wanted instructions on following and exercise program you could go to your local gym.

You must do exercise 30 minutes each day.  The more you do over the 30 minutes, the faster you will build muscle, tone your body and reduce the amount of fat you are carrying.

We target our Hypnosis sessions to change your MINDSET around exercise, instilling into your subconscious mind a “desire to exercise” so you will feel the urge to exercise.

You will develop long term habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through having energy, good health, vitality and the self confidence that is always achieved through knowing you look and feel good.

and cutting edge behavioral Change Techniques to change how you THINK and FEEL about Food, eating and your body Image.

We assist you to discover what negative and un-resourceful associations, habits, emotions and beliefs you have formed around food and eating.  On your journey to attain your Perfect Image, your therapist will assist you to “crush the cravings” for the foods you know are not supportive of your goal to lose weight and eliminate the desire to eat these foods, completely from your mind.

By eating the right food, exercising 30 minutes (minimum) per day and having the same attitude as a “naturally slim person”  weight loss is not only easy, it is an automatic, subconscious action you will never have to “think” about again.

Over-eating often began the day you were born!!!

Did you know that most of us were programmed as infants, (between birth and 7 years old) that sweet food represented a “reward” and if we wanted to make people happy, we just had to eat all our food.  “Mum was so much happier if we ate properly without a fuss”,  “Eat your vegetables and you can have dessert”,  “Eat everything on your plate”.

When visitors came to your home,  “Let’s have a cake!!”  or “Auntie brought me sweets,  how many did you get?”  Associations with the good and great things in life were most often associated with sweet foods and so these became the “TREATS” of life.

Christmas and Easter (and other religious occasions) became celebrated with food.  The more food the better as it became a symbol of wealth to “pile the table high” and then we try to “plow our way through all that food”.  We don’t need it, but its Christmas so we just have to eat it.

I am not sure about anyone else, but certainly in my life I rarely saw a visitor arrive with a huge broccoli under their arm and everyone getting excited.  If they did, it was soon celebrated with a drink, biscuits and cake!!! All of these associations and beliefs around food, add to your ‘unconscious beliefs’  and sabotage your weight loss endeavors.  Mindset, which is your thoughts, your habits,  your unconscious core beliefs and your mental and physical environments, all make up the ’cause’ you cannot control your eating habits or your weight.

We have switched off the “I’M FULL” signal we are all born with.  We just over-ride the feeling until eventually we just don’t even notice it anymore.
