It not easy to lose weight!!

Many of us set a goal to lose weight for the New Year. At first we go along fine with us telling ourselves that” we are not going to eat unhealthy”. As time goes by it gets harder and harder to not to eat unhealthy and eventually that little voice that tells us to eat that unhealthy food wins and we cave in.Stp no food

Why does this happen? There are several reasons and one of them is that our unconscious mind cannot take in negatives. When we say we “are not going to eat unhealthy” the unconscious mind translates it to we” are going to eat unhealthy”.

The best way to eat healthy and reduce weight is to reprogram the unconscious mind. The habit of eating unhealthy is programmed in the unconscious mind and if you want to eat healthy you need to change this programming.
