What’s Virtual Gastric Banding Like

A week ago I did the virtual gastric banding process. It’s wierd but I have cut right back on my food portions and feel very comfortable. When I look at food I get an image in my mind of a gastric band and small stomach. This image I believe automatically lets me choose a smaller portion of food and to feel full and satisfied. I admit to having the odd feel for a snack but once I have a drink of water this feeling goes away. I feel really good about this and am amazed about how easy it is. The virtual gastric band is not the silver bullet and I am also exercising. I think for me the best thing is that it is really easy to regulate my portions and eat three times a day. It’s not a conscious effort, it just happens.
