Mindset

I have been mind coaching two olympic springboard divers and what struck me was the similarity between there dedication and courage and losing weight. The divers have made up their minds, set their goals and focused entirely on going to the olympics and competing for a medal. As with losing weight you need to make up your mind to lose weight, set the goal for your ideal weight and put all of your focus and effort into losing weight. With the divers quitting was not an option this is the same when you want to lose weight.Do whatever it takes.
Get into this mindset and there will be nothing that will prevent you from achieving your ideal weight and living a life free from the worry of being overweight.
